TaeKwon-Do is a life long form of exercise and self-defense. Not all Martial Arts schools operate alike in Charlotte. Please take the time to investigate how our programs differs. Our instructors are not only certified as Black Belt Instructors, many of them are state certified educators as well. Kick Boxing is a great way to work out and learn about self-defense. CJ Bell is the primary instructor and has an extensive knowledge about Muay Thai, American and Cardio Kickboxing.
